Who is responsible for the data
Develop Sistemas Ltda., CNPJ (company tax ID) 07.973.510/0001-94, Rua Santana, 335, Sala 25 — Centro, Mogi das Cruzes/SP, 08710-610. The person in charge of personal data (data protection officer) is Develop’s marketing team, at comercial@developsistemas.com.br. This page covers this website and the connection to a Google account inside the Develop system (see “Your Google account in the Develop system,” below). The other data your company keeps inside the system is not covered by this page — if your question is about that, contact us through the channels below.
The contact form
When you request a demo or download material, what you filled in — name, company, email, phone, industry and, for the demo, the message — reaches Develop’s sales team by email and is stored in our list of sales contacts, along with the network or link you came from, so that your request is not lost.
On this English-language site the form does not open any chat app: our sales team replies to the email address you gave us.
We use this data only to respond to your request and to talk to you about it. We do not sell it, lend it or use it for advertising.
The email address shown on this site works the same way: it only opens your email program.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. As with any website, the provider logs technical data from each visit — IP address, browser type, page requested and time — so that the site can work and protect itself from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify who visits.
The fonts
The site’s fonts come from Google Fonts. To display them, your browser requests the font file from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and the browser’s technical data, as with any request of this kind.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies and has no advertising pixel. To know which pages are read, it uses Vercel’s visit statistics, which count in aggregate the visits, the pages viewed and how many times the contact buttons are used — without cookies, without storing anything in your browser for that purpose and without identifying who visits.
It stores a single piece of information in your browser, for 30 days: which network or link you came from (for example, Instagram). It only leaves your browser if you request a demo or download material — then it goes along with the request, so that we know which channels bring in conversations. To delete it, clear this site’s data in your browser.
The social media icons in the footer are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from those networks until you click. If you click, the policy of the network that opens applies.
Your Google account in the Develop system
Inside the Develop system, each user can connect their own Google account to send CRM tasks and meetings to Google Calendar. The connection is optional, made by the person themselves, and can be turned off at any time.
What we ask Google for: to see the account’s email address, to show which account is connected; to create, change and delete events in your calendar; and, if you prefer to keep the CRM out of your main calendar, to create a separate calendar called “CRM Develop.” This last one is optional — without it, events go to the main calendar.
What the system does with this: it only touches the events it created itself. It does not read, change or delete the other appointments in your calendar. You choose which types of task go to the calendar; if you don’t choose, nothing goes on its own. Each event carries what is in the CRM task — title, date and time, customer, type, contact, the visit notes and the outcome — and, if you choose, the customer’s address.
For online meetings, the system creates the Google Meet room in your calendar and Google sends the invitation to the participants you chose. Afterward, the system reads each one’s response (accepted, declined, maybe) to show it on the task.
Where it is stored: the authorization Google provides is kept on the system’s servers, encrypted, linked to your user. We also store the account’s email, your calendar preferences and, for each meeting, the room link and the list of participants with each one’s response. In the Develop mobile app, the meeting authorization is stored on the device itself and passes through the servers only at the moment it is used.
Who we share it with: no one. We do not sell it, lend it, use it for advertising or use it to train artificial intelligence. This data serves only to make the calendar work inside the system. Develop’s staff does not access this data, except when you ask support for help and authorize it, when it is necessary for the security of the system, or when the law requires it.
The use and transfer, to any other app, of information received from Google APIs follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To disconnect: in the system, open the CRM, click the CRM settings gear (Configurações do CRM) and, under Google Agenda, click Desconectar (Disconnect). The authorization is revoked at Google and deleted from the servers immediately. The events that were already in your calendar remain there — delete them through Google, if you wish — and what is already in the CRM tasks, such as the link to a scheduled meeting, remains in the task. You can also revoke access through Google itself, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Sign in with Google: if your system user is linked to a Google account to sign in faster, we store that account’s email and identifier, only to recognize you when you sign in. This link can be removed at any time, in the user settings or through support.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), you can ask whether we hold your data, request a copy, correct anything that is wrong and request deletion — including of a conversation that started through this site or of your Google account data in the system.
