Switching systems with someone by your side.

At each step it’s clear what is our work and what needs you. Nothing happens without the people who will use the system.

A step only starts when the previous one is done.

  1. Assessment

Before configuring anything, we learn how your company works today: where the data originates and who retypes what.

    Develop’s part
A meeting with each department and a map of the process.
    Your part
Set aside time with the people who do the work.
  2. Implementation

The system is configured for your process, not the other way around.

    Develop’s part
Configuration, imported records and training by department.
    Your part
Review the records and validate each screen.
  3. Ongoing support

After the system goes live, the same team stays by your side — whoever answers already knows your company.

    Develop’s part
Support by email, phone and tickets, with no outsourcing.
    Your part
Use it, ask questions and request whatever is missing.

What’s worth gathering.

It doesn’t need to be tidy. It needs to be at hand.

  • Your customer list, in whatever shape it’s in.
  • Your products, with all their codes, and your price lists.
  • One person from each department — the people who do the work, not just the ones in charge.
  • The side spreadsheet: it shows what today’s system doesn’t solve.

What changes when the system goes live.

It’s not a promise of numbers: it’s what you can check on the screen itself.

  • One record works for the whole company.
  • What one department enters, the next already sees.
  • Every question becomes a ticket, with a number to track.
  • Your data goes in clean: duplicates are resolved up front.

How does your company work today?

That’s where the assessment starts: a conversation with the people who do the work, before configuring anything.

FAQ

Type your question and press Enter: the answer opens right below, in the list.

Can I bring over the records I already have?

Yes, and we do it with you: bringing in your existing data is part of implementation. For some systems we already have connectors that pull the data in directly; for the others, it comes in by spreadsheet. We use the opportunity to flag what is duplicated, so your data goes in clean.

Does the system adapt to my process, or do I adapt to it?

The system is configured for your process. Since it’s developed here, by Develop itself, we can adjust what your department needs instead of changing the way your company works.

Does it work on a phone?

Some parts were built for it: the customer signs the delivery receipt on their phone, and the shop-floor operator logs production on a tablet, with large buttons. For the other screens, it’s worth checking during the demo on the device your team uses.

Will I have to open a ticket for everything?

No. “How do I…” and “where is…” questions are answered on the spot by the assistant inside the system. A ticket is for when someone needs to take a look — and it carries the screen you were on.

What if I need a screen that doesn’t exist?

Ask for it through a ticket — “new screen” is one of the categories. The system evolves with what customers ask for, and the new screen arrives without reinstalling anything.
