the ticket carries the screen you were on — no need to explain whereopen a new ticket

Your tickets.

How it usually works

The request dies in someone’s text messages

Three people from the same company report the same problem through different channels.

Nobody knows how long the request has been stuck, because there’s no ticket number.

With the module

One number, one deadline and one person responsible

  • Reporting is one click from inside the system
  • The ticket starts with a deadline
  • You follow it and reply
  • At the end, you rate it
How support works

To open one

  • Through the assistant inside the system, with the screen attached
  • Through the ticket portal, with the full history
  • Through a messaging app, with your company recognized by the phone number
  • Categories that include improvement requests and new screens

While it moves

  • Clear statuses: open, in progress, waiting on you, resolved
  • First-response and resolution times actually measured
  • A notice inside the system when someone replies
  • Cancellation by the customer, when it no longer makes sense

Afterward

  • Star rating with a comment
  • A knowledge base of “how to” articles you can search
  • Reopening when the solution didn’t solve it
  • The history of your tickets, always available

FAQ

Type your question and press Enter: the answer opens right below, in the list.

Will I have to open a ticket for everything?

No. “How do I” and “where is” questions the assistant answers on the spot, and when you ask for a number it looks it up and shows it. A ticket is for when someone needs to take a look.

Who guarantees the deadline?

Each priority has a response time and a resolution time, and whether it was met is recorded per ticket — it’s not a contract promise, it’s a number we measure.

Does support write things I can’t see?

There are internal team notes, yes — that’s what lets us record a technical diagnosis without cluttering your conversation. What’s meant as a reply to you, you see.

I changed my mind about a ticket. How do I cancel it?

You cancel it yourself, with an optional reason, as long as it hasn’t been closed.

What if I accidentally open two identical ones?

Identical tickets opened one right after the other are merged — and if one slips through, support resolves the duplicate without you having to do anything.

Is support available by email too?

Not today. The ways in are the portal, the assistant inside the system and messaging. Email is in the queue, not built yet.
