A day in this industry

The machine stops in the field; the part is at another branch

A part ordered for one customer arrives, goes on the shelf and gets sold over the counter to someone else.

The shop’s work order is a sheet of paper: mechanic hours written by hand, parts used remembered at the end.

What a machinery dealer needs from a system

The right part in the right place

  • Stock by branch and by warehouse, with the shelf location
  • Search by manufacturer’s code, internal code or label description
  • Special-order parts set aside for the customer who is waiting
  • Minimum and maximum per item, set in bulk from the ABC curve

Shop and field service

  • Work orders with your shop’s stages
  • Mechanic hours logged by employee and by operation
  • Parts for the order leaving inventory through a requisition
  • The real cost of the job next to the amount charged

The customer and what they own

  • A record with contacts, machinery and the sales history
  • Farm visits on the calendar, with notes by voice dictation
  • Customers who stopped buying, in plain view on the accounts dashboard
  • Machine proposal as a PDF, with follow-up until it becomes an order

Payment terms for growers

  • Payment terms set up the way the customer actually pays
  • Renegotiated bills split into installments that add up to the cent
  • Overdue-bill alert inside the order, before you promise terms
  • Customer’s overdue bills in plain sight before the next sale

Several stores, one system

  • Each branch invoicing as its own company
  • Transfers between branches on their own document
  • Service invoice for labor and product invoice for parts
  • Reports by branch or across all of them

FAQ

Type your question and press Enter: the answer opens right below, in the list.

Can the counter clerk see a part that’s at another branch?

Yes: stock is tracked by company and by warehouse, and the search shows where the part is. A transfer between branches goes out on its own transfer document, and each branch invoices as its own company.

Can I log service machine by machine?

The work order belongs to the customer and the job: hours, parts, third parties and cost. The customer’s machinery sits on their sales record. What isn’t built in is a record for each machine with serial number, hour meter and its own history — if that is a deal-breaker for you, we’ll look at it together before you sign.

What about warranty claims with the manufacturer?

Warranty claims and reimbursement go through the brand’s own channel. Here you keep the work order with what was done, the hours and the parts — which is what the manufacturer asks for.

My customers pay at harvest.

Payment terms are set up the way they pay, and a renegotiated bill becomes new installments that add up to the original. Bank financing or rural credit simulation isn’t part of the system.

Will my field rep have to retype orders at the office?

No, if they use a sales force app the system connects to: the rep’s order comes straight in as a sales order, and prices and photos flow from the product records to their phone.

Do you have a dealership system for a specific brand?

We aren’t a single brand’s system. This is an ERP that handles machines, parts and the shop with your company’s rules — and the conversation starts with what your manufacturer requires of you, so we can tell you frankly what it covers.
