How it usually works

The accounts live in the salesperson’s notebook

The lead that came in through the website lands in an email and gets lost in someone’s inbox.

Finding out that a good customer stopped buying depends on someone comparing two years of spreadsheets.

With the module

The relationship becomes a schedule, and the schedule becomes a number

  • The contact comes in from anywhere
  • Every conversation sets the next one
  • The sent proposal comes in on its own
  • The dashboard shows who has gone cold
What the team does here

So no one slips through the cracks

  • Drag-and-drop opportunity pipeline, with your company’s stages
  • Public form to capture contacts from your website, no login
  • Import contacts in bulk from a spreadsheet
  • Convert the opportunity into a customer with one click

In a salesperson’s day-to-day

  • Monthly calendar with nine types of contact, each in its own color
  • Quick customer record without leaving the task being created
  • Notes by voice dictation, for anyone out in the field
  • The appointment shows up on each participant’s personal calendar

For the manager to decide

  • Account activity: how many customers bought in the last six months
  • ABC curve showing how many class A customers are inactive
  • Drops by product, comparing the same range of months year over year
  • Action plan per customer, with a revenue goal and a deadline

FAQ

Type your question and press Enter: the answer opens right below, in the list.

Can one salesperson see another’s accounts?

No. The filter runs on the server: each person sees the customers in their own accounts. Administrators see everything.

Do I need to create the customer record before scheduling the visit?

No. You can create the customer right there, with five fields, and the screen comes back with them already selected — without losing anything you had typed.

Does the customer profile have everything?

Today it has the record, contacts and the sales side (consumption, segment, machinery, business hours). The financial, tax and timeline views are under construction — we’d rather say so than promise.

Does the CRM come with the ERP?

It’s an optional module, turned on per company. If you don’t sign up for it, you simply don’t see the menu — and if you sign up later, you lose nothing, because the sales history is already in the system.

Does it work with a large customer base?

It does. Searching and sorting happen on the server, so databases with tens of thousands of records respond the same — and nothing is left out of the results.

Does a recorded meeting turn into anything?

It does: with consent recorded, the recording is transcribed and the system gives back a summary and the tasks that were agreed, right inside the CRM.
