How it usually works

The price is a guess dressed up as a spreadsheet

Each salesperson has their own spreadsheet, and the price comes from a table pasted in from another file.

No one knows how many quotes are still open, or why the customer went quiet.

With the module

Prices with the math done, and the proposal goes out in your own template

  • The customer comes in with their history
  • Margin shows up line by line
  • You simulate without spoiling the quote
  • The proposal goes out in your company’s template
What this screen solves

While putting it together

  • Find items by code, barcode or loose words from the description
  • See the product photo, inventory, supplier inventory and list price
  • Delivery date calculated from available stock — including when the quantity is larger
  • Your own types: sale, voucher, trial, consignment, loan and sample

When deciding the price

  • Markup, gain and profit per item, with taxes already deducted
  • Parallel scenarios to compare hypotheses without touching the quote
  • Minimum markup lock, so discounts don’t go past your company’s limit
  • Approval request to the person in charge when the type requires it

After sending

  • Follow-up with the date of the next contact and notes by voice dictation
  • Standard loss reasons — price, lead time, terms, purchase postponed
  • Conversion dashboard: issued, approved, average ticket and how many became orders
  • History of who created, edited, sent and decided each quote

Talks to Sales, CRM, Master Data, Inventory, Finance, and Purchasing.

FAQ

Type your question and press Enter: the answer opens right below, in the list.

Will my salesperson see my cost?

No. The margin analysis and the scenarios don’t appear for anyone logged in as a salesperson — they see price, discount and total. Whoever decides prices sees the whole calculation.

Can I block discounts above the limit?

Yes. There is a minimum markup per item: below it the system locks and, if your company wants, sends the release request to the person in charge to decide.

Does simulating spoil the quote the customer already received?

No. A scenario is a draft: it recalculates your cost analysis, but the price you sent only changes when you click apply. The first scenario mirrors the quote; the others stay frozen.

Does the proposal come out in my company’s layout?

Yes. There are different print templates — with product photo, with tax detail, portrait or landscape — and a visual editor where you can drag fields around, change colors and add your logo.

Can I find a quote from two years ago?

Yes: by part of the number, by customer (legal name, trade name, tax ID or code), salesperson, status, period, product or product group.

Does the AI assistant send anything to the customer on its own?

No. It builds and edits the quote for you to review — the changed lines are highlighted — and, to send it, it opens the same send window as always: you choose the recipient and confirm.
