How it usually works

The same customer exists three times, under three names

Each salesperson creates records their own way, and finance doesn’t know which one is right.

Nobody knows the last purchase price of that item, or which supplier it came from.

With the module

What lives here

People

  • Customer, supplier, salesperson, carrier, employee and your own company
  • Contacts per record, with each one’s phone and email
  • Supplier’s default discount, payment terms and account code
  • Bank details, which show up on the payment report

Products

  • Internal code, external code, barcode and the code the customer uses
  • Tax classification, origin, unit and groups
  • List price, purchase price and margin calculated live
  • Minimum and maximum stock, which trigger the purchase suggestion

Pricing

  • Price lists per customer or per profile
  • Discount groups recalculating the cost of thousands of items
  • The product’s supplier quote history, with the offer that applies today
  • Bulk update by spreadsheet, with a report of what didn’t match

FAQ

Type your question and press Enter: the answer opens right below, in the list.

Will a salesperson see the others’ accounts?

Not by default: they see their own accounts and customers only. This can be opened up per company or per user, with a switch — no programming involved.

Can salespeople create customer records?

If you want them to. It’s a switch the administrator turns on or off on the settings screen.

Will I lose my products in a bulk update?

No. The spreadsheet only updates: a product whose code doesn’t exist is skipped and reported, never created by accident. A blank cell changes nothing.

I have the same product under different codes.

There are fields for the internal code, the supplier’s code, the barcode and the code the customer uses for that item — each in its own place, and the search finds it by any of them.

Can I add photos to five hundred products?

You can, in bulk, including by image URL. And the photo goes along to the quote’s print template.

What about the records I already have today?

They come along. Migrating your existing data is part of implementation — that’s exactly why there’s a conversation before we start.
