How it usually works

Every system talks to itself, and someone bridges the gap by hand

The rep’s meetings live in a personal calendar, and the CRM never hears about them.

The signed delivery receipt comes back on paper, and someone scans it to file next to the order.

With the module

Connect once, and the data starts moving on its own

  • A connection is a screen, not a ticket
  • Fixes take effect right away
  • What goes out carries your identity
  • When in doubt, check the status
What the system talks to

Money

  • QuickBooks connection, in preparation for founding customers
  • ACH and card payments, in preparation for founding customers
  • Credentials kept per company, never shared between accounts
  • Every payment confirmed at the source before anything is posted

Documents

  • Quotes, invoices and files sent by email from inside the system
  • Electronic signature of the delivery receipt
  • The period’s files and reports exported for the accountant
  • Trial balance reconciliation, account by account

Sales and conversations

  • Google Maps: the day’s delivery route drawn on the map
  • Your email account connected, so messages go out from your own address
  • Your company’s own messaging account for quotes and notices
  • Calendar and online meetings linked to the CRM

Talks to Finance, Invoicing, Master Data, Sales, and CRM.

FAQ

Type your question and press Enter: the answer opens right below, in the list.

The notification address is the same for everyone. Does it know whose payment it is?

It does, through three independent paths — and it still confirms at the source, with the right company’s credential, before posting anything. A charge from another account simply doesn’t confirm.

Which key do I copy from the provider’s dashboard?

The screen explains which one is right, with the expected format — the account ID or the public key won’t work. Our support team checks it by the format, without asking for a screenshot.

Will it connect to QuickBooks?

It’s one of the connections being prepared with our founding customers, along with ACH and card payments. At the demo we tell you plainly where each one stands.

What if the partner goes down?

The partner’s failure doesn’t undo what’s already right here: it’s flagged as pending and picked up again. Operations are designed so they can be repeated without breaking anything.

Can I connect everything myself?

A good part, yes — email account, calendar, maps and messaging. Signature credentials are managed by us, and they’re marked that way on the screen.

Do you integrate with system X?

Ask. Some integrations exist, others have already been studied and others aren’t worth it — and we say so openly, with the cost, when that’s the case.
